The Faustino is the latest addition to the Rocket Espresso family of grinders. And as its name indicates, the Faustino is really the little sister of the Fausto. It is an ultra-compact and silent version that caught our attention from the very first use. Technically, it's built to the highest of standards. The 50 mm flat wheels are adjustable down to the micrometer, without fixed click-stops, just like the Fausto. It is less powerful (260 W) but the performances remain quite impressive considering the size of the grinder... The screen is 100% touch-sensitive which does not detract from the experience, quite the contrary in fact. It is easy to use and responds immediately.
